A young wealthy child named Sara Stanley is sent to live with her deceased mother's relatives in, Avonlea, a small town on Prince Edward Island after her father is arrested for embezzlement.

 

After a con man runs off with the school's library money, Sara asks Jasper Dale, an awkward man, to help her put on a majic lantern show. He does and they make all of the money back. Sara tells an excellent story to go with the pictures and earns her nickname of "the story girl".

 

Janet and Alec leave town to celebrate their fifteenth wedding anniversary and Hetty goes to Charlottetown over a dispute about the farm's water rights. Meanwhile Felicity is left in charge of the other children. She picks on them and tries to act all grown up. When the governor's wife comes they think it is their deaf old Aunt Eliza and that's just the beginning of their misfortunes. Felix eats poison berries and Felicity gives him homemade medicines and Sara cuts off some of Felicity's hair and dumps pie on her dress. At the end of the episode, however, all of the children become friends.

 

Sara and Felix sneak into Alexander Abrahms' house not knowing that it is under quarantine. Rachel Lynde also goes to his house to find a farm boy who has been skipping her Sunday School classes. They are then all put under quarantine together. They also manage not to kill each other as all of their personalities conflict.

 

Janet's sister, Abigail is an old maid who lives alone. Her old beau, Malcolm McEwan, returns to Avonlea and courts her. However, she becomes overwhelmed with his messiness and all the gifts he buys her. When he's about to leave town, Felicity and Sara tell Abigail and she runs off to convince Malcolm to stay in Avonlea with her.

 

After his and Abigail's honeymoon, Malcolm decides that he wants a family. Sara and Felicity find a new orphaned baby boy and leave him on the McEwan's doorstep. Malcolm and Abigail want to keep the baby but so do Hetty and Rachel. In the end the baby stays with the McEwan's.

 

When a missionary comes to town, Sara decides that the hired help, a boy named Peter, needs to go to church. Peter, however, comes down with influenza. Hetty and Olivia care for him like family and end up treating him that way instead of like hired help. Peter ends up going to school with the other children when he gets better.

 

Felix, who is feeling like the "dunce" everyone tells him he is, gets a majic stone from a woman known as the Witch of Avonlea. He believes this stone will help him win the spelling bee and show everyone that he isn't a dunce. He loses the stone and realizes that all he needs to do to win is have confidence in himself. He out does Felicity at the spelling bee.

 

Everyone in the sewing circle in Avonlea makes fun of Marilla Cuthbert for only having one beau, John Blythe, that never amounted to anything. In  a rage of anger, Marilla creates a beau for herself name Duncan McTavish. Unfortunately for her a travelling salesman named Duncan McTavish comes to Avonlea. Marilla tells Duncan what is going on and he helps her prove the gossips of Avonlea wrong.

 

Felicity makes a bet that she can make a girl named Clemmie Ray popular. Meanwhile a politician tries to buy Alec's vote buy selecting Felicity's costume as the best one at the Harvest Ball. Alec does not succumb to the bribary and Clemmie is not popular at the ball, dissapointing Felicity. The children learn that friendship is more important than popularity.

 

Miss Lloyd is a said to be a rich woman who is living in poverty in her great mansion. She becomes friends with Sara and at the same time Sara becomes friends with a young singer named Sylvia Gray. Miss Lloyd asks the help of her cousin, whom she never speaks to, to help sponser Sylvia's singing career.

 

Arabella King was dumped at the altar and upon her death the King's open her chest that has been sitting in their house for years. Olivia is working for the newspaper and hopes to make a story out of the hope chest. She hires Jasper Dale as her photographer and they take a liking to each other. Together they solve and old mystery.

 

Sara's father, Blair Stanley, has been acquitted of all wrong doings. He comes to Avonlea to take Sara home. Aunt Hetty doesn't want Sara to leave. In despair Sara hides and falls from on top of the barn. Hetty and Blair put a truce to their fighting and Sara ends up staying in Avonlea.

 

 

 

Aunt Eliza comes to visit the Kings and Alec invites others over to play cricket, which he isn't as good at as he used to be. Felicity has a crush on a cricket player and wants her first real kiss. Sara and Felix befriend a fellow named Gus Pike. Felicity gets her kiss and Janet and Alec announce the expectance of a new baby.

 

Roger King, the other adult King brother, comes home from Brazil and everyone becomes quite excited as he is the one with the university education. Alec isn't that happy as all he got was the family farm. He is even more disdained when he loans money from the family account to a family friend in need. Alec and Roger's relationship is at a breaking point and Felix and Andrew's relationship is hurt in the process.

 

Muriel Stacy comes to check out the Avonlea school house to teach their again as she did when Anne Shirley was a child. Hetty feels threatened and goes in search of new students. Gus Pike is enthusiastic about learning how to read and write and Hetty takes him under her wing. After an accident at home, Muriel ends up replacing Hetty as the school teacher. In a tribute to Hetty, Muriel organizes a "tribute" to Hetty with Gus playing a fiddle solo.

 

Two orphans, Davey and Dora Keith, are sent to live with Marilla until their other relatives can take them in. The two children prove to be a handful for Marilla and Rachel Lynde. The relatives decide that they don't want the two children and Marilla has to decide if its more important to keep the children or keep her friendship with Rachel who can't stand the kids. In the end Marilla does both.

 

Sara goes to live in Montreal with her father. However, he is killed in a tragic accident at one of his companies. Sara returns to Avonlea and is in despair. She goes to a travelling circus with Peter and asks the fortune teller questions about her father. The fortune teller and her accomplice kidnap Sara and Alec comes and rescues her.

 

Hetty runs into a former beau named Romney Penhallow at a wedding and refuses to speak to him despite all his attempts at conversation. In the end they become friends.

 

An old beau of Olivia's, which Hetty had chased away a long time ago, returns to Avonlea, very wealthy. Hetty encourages Olivia to see him again. Sara, on the other hand would prefer to see her aunt with Jasper Dale. She encourages to court Olivia. Olivia makes her decision when she finds out how the men react when a small boy falls down a well.

 

SEA GHOST
Ezekial Crane offers Gus a job and a place to live. The children see a Sea Ghost near the lighthouse which ends up being a person named Abe Pike who claims that Gus is his son. Ezekial fights Abe over Gus and Abe falls into the ocean.

 

ALL THAT GLITTERS
Captain Crane tells Sara that the island is full of pirates treasure. Rachel, Janet and Hetty set off to find some. A man named Captain Borden arrives and believes that Captain Crane knows where the Spanish treasure is. Gus, Sara and Felicity are put into danger.

Captain Crane leaves the island and leaves the lighthouse, a ruby and a gold ring to Gus.

 

The King children decide to create their own fictional newspaper complete with an advice column. The advice column gets mixed in with Olivia's things for the real newspaper and Olivia must defend herself for the mistake. The newspaper office is robbed and Jasper comes to Olivia's rescue.

 

Sara's cousin, Pigeon Plumtree is a famous actress. Pat Frewn falls in love with her much to the despair of Dorathea who has waited for years for Pat to ask her to marry him. Sara ends up making amends with all.

 

Sara enters Hetty in a contest called "A Mother's Love". Felicity and Sally Potts tell Sara that Hetty can't be entered because only a "real" mother can be entered. Sara tells Felicity and Sally that they were switched at birth because they have the same birthdate. Their mothers tell them that it is the person who raises the child that is the mother not the person who gives birth to the child. Felicity enters Sara's discarded essay and Hetty wins the contest.

 

Archie Gillis refuses to let Alec on his ice hockey team along with a group of others. As a retaliation Alec starts his own team of "misfits". When Alec sprains his back, Muriel Stacy and Peg Bowen and the Misfits help defeat Archie and his Avengers. Janet's baby prematurely and Sara helps her after Felicity passes out.

 

 

 

Everything goes wrong for Jasper and Olivia's wedding. Hetty takes over the planning and makes it a huge ceremony rather than an intimate one causing Jasper to want to elope. Janet has to do all of the work, the wedding ring gets lost, the dress arrives way to big for Olivia, and Hetty and Olivia won't speak to each other.

 

Sara is growing up, growing pains and everything. She meets her look-alike named Jo Pitts and switches places with her with Felix's help. Gus goes to Halifax to find Captain Crane and takes Sara with him. When Gus gets their he is captured by Abe Pike and theives capture Sara whom they believe is Jo...

 

In Avonlea, Jo is driving Hetty crazy and Hetty who believes Jo is Sara thinks that Sara is deranged. Jo tries to drown Hetty and rob the town. Fortunately, Sara and Gus escape and sail home in time to stop Jo from her misdeeds. Jo leaves town.

 

Alec buys and new horse and wants to sell the old one, Blackie. To pay for Blackie's feed Felix starts a delivery service with Sara's help. The business men in the community make fun of Felix and a tragedy is caused.

 

Janet decides to get a petition going so that women can vote. Unfortunately, this not only causes problems at home but problems at the cannery when she tries to get the workers higher wages and she eventually winds up in jail. Alec takes Janet's petition and convinces many people in town to sign it and the cannery workers are given a raise.

 

Hetty quits her position on the school board when Alec joins. Hetty is replaced by Alistair Dimple, an actor pretending to be a teacher. Alistair gets the children to learn by doing role playing. Hetty in the meantime writes a book about the island. Alec finds out Alistair's true identity right before the History Championship against Carmody and doesn't say anything.

 

Amanda Stone has become the object of Gus's affection, unfortunately for Felicity. Robert Rutherford comes to town and says that the gems Amanda left in safe keeping have been stolen, calling her a thief. Gus doesn't believe that Amanda is a thief. Everyone in town hears about Gus's own gems and treat him differently. However, Gus and Felicity are sent to jail together and Gus wants to find out the truth.

 

A new minister comes to town and gives a sermon which makes the children believe that the world is coming to an end. The children rush off to the light house to confess their sins so that the world will be saved. An eclipse makes them believe that the end is near. Fortunately, they find out that it is not.

 

The women decide to spend the day at the auction while the men go ice fishing. The women, of course, end up not speaking to each other by the end of the day. The men deal with Felix's questions about "life" and Gus tells Jasper about his feelings for Felicity. The women think that Lucky (the dog) is lost in the snow storm and go in search for him, then the men go in search of the women and everyone meets up in the woods.

 

A woman scientist, Sydney Carver, comes to help Jasper with his study of bats and develops a crush on him. In an effort to get Jasper's attention back, Olivia takes science lessons from Hetty. Jasper loves Olivia for who she is and Sydney leaves town.

 

Felicity goes to a ladies college because of her excellent academic skills. When their, however, she is intimidated by how worldy the other girls are and pretends to be Sara's rich sister. She ends up admitting to her parents that she lied and learns a lesson in humility. Gus, in the meantime, believes he is losing Felicity and wants to get some good manners. Sara and Pierre further Gus's education by helping him.

 

Wally Higgins has his eyes on Hetty and Wellinton Campbell has his eyes on the King family property. Hetty has to fight to keep her freedom and land. Felicity wants Gus to take her to the skating party but he has no skates. After Sara gives him a pair he admits that he doesn't know how to skate.

 

Marilla Cuthbert suddenly dies and has no will so Gilbert Blythe tries to buy Green Gables for Anne. Unfortunately, on of the neighbors has already bought it leaving Rachel and Davey and Dora no place to live. The new owner hates Rachel and Rachel is forced to be nice.

 

 

 

Jasper's Bohemian family comes to town to see the birth of his and Olivia's first child. They don't get along well with the King's traditional lifestyle. Jasper saves the day by bringing Montgomery King Dale into the world.

 

Hetty plans to help Olivia with Montgomery until Olivia sends Hetty's romance novel to a publisher. Hetty also has something in common with the new school master, Clive Pettibone, they are both quite creative. They also hate each other, until they share their secrets.

 

When Felix doesn't get a gun for his birthday he borrows his father's and accidently shoots digger. Gus and Felix take digger to a veteranarian in training, Arthur Pettibone, and Arthur treats Digger. However, Arthur only does it to get Felicity's attention and Gus becomes worried about his competetion for Felicity's love.

 

Sara falls in love with Zak Morgon who belongs to a "Wild, Wild West Show" that comes to town. To impress him she rodeo rides. She convinces Zak to let her join his show but when it is time to leave town she gets left in the dust.

 

Alec and Clive are up for town fire chief, when the town gets a volunteer fire department. The department is extremely disorganized. Felix messes up his science experiment at school and the fire department keeps the school from burning down.

 

Emmett, Alec's friend, asks him for help because his farm has done poorly. Alec doesn't help him so Emmett goes fishing for food. The ship Emmett is on sinks and he dies. Alec feels guilty and tries to run Emmett's farm as well as his own. Evelyn, Emmett's widow,  causes problems between Alec and Janet.

 

Felicity manages to empty her house so that she and Gus can have dinner together, and alone. Unfortunately, Janet and Alec come home in the middle of it all and send Gus away. Later, Gus asks Alec is he can see Felicity openly and Alec says yes.

 

Gus helps Felix get a job at the White Sands Hotel. Felix jobs ends up being that of the assistant to the new owner. Simon Tremayne once worked for royalty as Felix has discovered. Unfortunately, Felix's job goes to his head and he and Gus have a fight. Hetty tries to get a visiting Duke (the one Simon worked for) to come to the Founder's Day Banquet.

 

Simon Tremayne asks Hetty to help him out with the Hotel by being a silent partner. Hetty decides she wants to hold a Valentine's day dance. However, the hotel is almost closed down when a health inspector finds a very old dead bird in the ice house. In the meantime, Arthur is eager to dance with Felicity who is going to the dance with Gus. Suzette, Chief Pierre's neice has her eyes on Gus.

 

Felicity plays it up by having both Arthur and Gus like her, Sara tries to make Felicity "see the light" about what is going on. Gus and Arthur have a fight in the barn and Gus proposes to Felicity. In the meantime, Arthur is goes calling on Felicity and Felicity must choose which of the men she loves.

 

Sara tries to get a job with the newspaper and stumbles onto the disappearance of an heir. This heir's aunt thinks that Gus is responsible for the boy's disappearance and Gus is thrown in jail. Sara of course, solves the mystery and writes an excellent article for the paper.

 

Sara has a camera delivered to Jasper to be tested for the Thomas Edison Company. Jasper makes some home movies. An industrialist comes to town and tries to buy Avonlea. Hetty uses Jasper's home movies to try to convince the town to leave it the way it is.

 

Sara and Felix find a science project for school at in Jasper's room. Meanwhile, Aunt Eliza comes to visit in the middle of lambing season, and cold weather. Janet and Alec are not impressed that she is there and Aunt Eliza runs away. Sara and Felix's project help warm up Aunt Eliza, the barn and the lambs.

 

 

 

Hetty is about to turn fifty and the family is planning a birthday party for her. Unfortunately, Hetty's publisher no longer accepts romance novels, and Hetty get appendicitis. She decides to write a book on her child hood and the island. Muriel Stacy moves back to town (again!) and runs the general store.

 

Hetty buys the cannery not knowing what to do with it. Jasper and Olivia take over the running of it with Gus's help. The workers fight with each other but all of the problems get solved and the rest of the King's pitch in so that all of the lobster can get canned in time. Jasper built a contraption (converyor belt) to help get the canning done faster. Hetty sells the cannery to Jasper and Olivia.

 

Felix doesn't know if he wants to work at the farm or the hotel. In an exasperated decision he quits his job at the hotel. Alec sees that Felix is unhappy and convinces him to get his job at the hotel back. Felix meets a millionaire there who tells him how to talk to his father.

 

Hetty and Sara believe that Rachel's son is in jail when she goes and visits him. He of course, is not. Davey gets in trouble at school because of his secret problem. Sara helps him with it.

 

A stranger comes to town, Caleb Grant, and makes friends with Alec and helps him out on the farm. Caleb even saves Daniel and Olivia does a front page newspaper story about the rescue. Another stranger comes to town and exposes Caleb as a person who spent time in prison for fraud. Caleb moves to the USA where no one knows him.

 

Felix enters the steeplechase against Janet's will. He gets injured in practice but goes in the race anyways testing Janet's fears. Clive wants to prove to his son that he is a good rider and enters the race as well. Clive and Felix tie for first place.

 

A visiting politician named Albert Hodgson, tries to convince Alec to run for office. Adeline Hodgson catches Felix's eye. She feels that politics keep her father away from her. In an act of rebellion she steals valuables and Albert is blamed. Felix learns the truth and confronts Adeline. Alec decides not to run for office.

 

STRICTLY MELODRAMA
Avonlea always enters a Drama Contest and never wins. So, Hetty convinces a famous actress staying at the White Sands Hotel to star in the play, opposite Alec. The actress flirts with Alec and then quits at the last minute. Janet takes over the lead role and Avonlea wins the contest.

 

Cecily is diagnosed with tuberculosis. Janet and Alec try to treat her on their own but eventually realize that they must send her to the sanitarium. Felicity meets a doctor who specializes in TB and changes her plans from teacher's college to medical school.

 

Jasper designs a new plastic that will not break and makes unbreakable dishes. Olivia gets Jasper's cousin, Jeremiah, to help market the product. Jeremiah cons the towns people into investing in Jasper's product and then steals the money and formula.

 

Izzy Pettibone sets up her father with Muriel Stacy and they end up falling in love. In the meantime, Gus gets promoted to assistant manager and asks Alec's permission to marry Felicity. Alec of course says yes and Gus proposes. Felicity wants to wait until she is finished med school. Felicity helps deliver a baby and gets ready to go to college, Gus leaves to go work on a boat again.

 

The new minister's son, Booth and Sara fall in love. Sara sneaks off with Booth rather than spending an evening with the family. Hetty is unhappy with Sara but Sara says that she will see Booth whenever she wants and Hetty doesn't really have a say in the matter.

 

Janet tries to help Booth's mother feel welcolm to the community but she is different and alienates the other church ladies. The gossips of Avonlea believe that she has a drinking problem but Janet finds out what the real problem is and helps her with it.

 

 

 

 

COMINGS AND GOINGS
Sara comes home with her Nanny Louisa. Nanny Louisa and Hetty have different plans for Sara's future. Nanny Louisa wants Sara to tour Europe with her, and Hetty wants Sara to tour Canada with her. Sara wants to study in France. She eventually tells them this. Sara helps Felix and Izzy with their romance and Sara leaves for France.

 

The White Sands Hotel hosts a Bachelor Auction where the bachelor's have to make a picnic basket and share it with the female highest bidder. Felix and Izzy start to get more serious. Becky Lester is keen on Davey. Clive Pettibone goes with Muriel Stacy and Hetty ends up dancing with Simon Tremayne.

 

Felicity is settling into med school (in Halifax) with Felix's help. They see Gus with another woman and Felicity returns his ring. Gus explains who the woman really is. They then meet a woman who Gus thinks is his mother. Felicity goes back to Avonlea with Gus and Eliza, jepordizing her schooling. Gus and Eliza head to the Carribean to find Captain Crane and Gus proposes to Felicity again.

 

Cecily meets a boy while in the sanitarium and they get into mischief. Cecily gets into trouble and might be sent home, so Alec and Janet come and fix things. Cecily tells her parents about Loui's life and they plan a special Christmas celebration for him because he has never had one. Loui dies soon after the celebration and Cecily decides to concentrate and getting well.

 

After Rachel has a stroke and goes to live with her son, Hetty takes in Davey and Dora. Davey causes a lot of trouble at first because he feels guilty about Rachel's stroke. Hetty helps him settle down and the three of them enjoy life together.

 

Davey hates school and quits it. Hetty makes him get a job at the cannery. Jasper teaches Davey and the two become friends. Jasper shows Davey the importance of school and how it applies to your job and Davey returns to school.

 

A Polish Countess and an Irish Washerwoman meet at the White Sands Hotel. The Polish countess's daughter is marrying Pierre who is the Irish washerwoman's son. The King family helps with the wedding and the young couple are happy and there mothers become friends. Meanwhile, Felix is doing both work and school and he is failing at the latter so he is being tutored by Hetty.

 

Felix and Izzy decide to go into the fox raising business together but when they need a loan Felix dumps Izzy for a new partner, Nat Lester. Nat spends all of the money and the foxes escape leaving Felix to repay the loan. He appologizes to Izzy and they become friends again.

 

Clive and Muriel plan to get married, but Izzy becomes hostile and Muriel calls the wedding off. They eventually calm Izzy down and Hetty takes over the wedding plans. They end take up taking Clive's children and eloping in Carmody. Davey is tricked out of the money he and his classmates saved for their teacher's wedding gift and Dora and Wiley Lester help him get it back.

 

Janet has time to herself for once because Felicity, Daniel and Cecily are away from home, Felix is busy with work and school and Alec is busy with the farm and lodge. She decides to make some extra money but on every single one of the "money makers" she loses money. When the owner of a company she is dealing with threatens her, Alec has to come to the rescue.

 

Rachel comes back to Avonlea but she suffers from another stroke and can no longer talk. Hetty takes her in and with Davey, Dora and Pierre's help nurses her back to health. Rachel's sons come to take her away but Rachel is now able to speak well enough to tell them that she wants to stay in Avonlea.

 

Felicity did her first year of medical school without a problem. She takes a summer job with Dr. Snow and learns the human side of medicine. When she and Dr. Snow are unable to save her friend Colleen during childbirth, she gives up on being a doctor.

 

Cecily comes home from the sanitarium and feels well. Janet and Alec become overly protective because they are afraid that she will relapse. They treat her as if she was still ill. The towns people start to gossip and won't let Cecily go to school. Aunt Eliza eventually convinces Janet and Alec to start treating Cecily as if she were well. Felicity waits on her decision to continue with medical school as she waits for Gus to return so that they can get married. Felicity learns from Sally Potts that Gus's ship sank and that Gus is dead.

 

 

 

 

A year after Gus's death, Felicity is still very depressed. A new banker has his eye on Felicity but she is not ready to be with him though she enjoys his friendship. Four orphans come to town and with Stuart's (the banker) help she starts the Avonlea Foundling Home. Seth Pritchart (Colleen's widower) brings home a new wife, Colleen's second cousin.

 

Felix and Izzy fight because Felix wants to move to the next step in their relationship and Izzy is not ready. A rumor is started that Izzy is the make-out queen of Avonlea and Felix fixes things with her. Olivia doesn't want Jasper to go to England when the opportunity arrives even though he really wants to go. Felicity decides she is ready to marry Stuart.

 

Davey sees a mermaid in a travelling show and becomes quite excited about it. The show tries to con the town out of its share of profits and Davey puts it to a stop. Rachel is getting better after her strong and is enjoying the little things in life.

 

Izzy is still mad at Felix and is being ignored by her father who is happily married. She writes to her mom's sister, Lillian, who comes to Avonlea and tells Izzy about glamour. Izzy decides to go to Boston with Lillian but Lillian is found out to be someone of financial ruin. Felix convinces Izzy to stay in Avonlea with him.

 

Abigail and Aunt Eliza return to Avonlea and Janet hints to them that their may be a wedding in the spring. Abigail makes a few remarks to Cecily who inturn tells them to her father. Alec thinks that Janet wants a engagement ring that he couldn't afford. He takes her wedding ring to size the engagement ring and Janet thinks she lost her wedding ring.

 

Hetty and Simon have to choose between love and their careers. If Hetty stops teaching the school is in danger. If Simon sells the hotel, then the hotel is in danger.

 

Hetty wants a song writing team to be in her musical and Felix tries to get them interested in Jasper's recording device. However, they are interested in Alec's voice. Alec must decide if he should sing on Broadway or stay in Avonlea.

 

While all of the adults are away, a solar eclipse occurs. Cecily accidentally destroys some money meant for charity and Felix tries to help her replace it by renting out their house. This will also show Simon that he would make a good assistant manager. Jasper's cousin develop's a crush on one of the guests and when the adults return home the house is upside down.

 

Two orphaned boys arrive in Avonlea looking for their older brother Jim. They steal money from Hetty and cause trouble for Davey. Davey borrows money from Hetty and takes the boys to Halifax on the train to find their brother. Davey gets into trouble from Hetty fro his actions.

 

It is almost Aunt Eliza's 90th birthday and Janet and Abigail get ready to celebrate. Cousin Winifred comes to town and reminises to the day when she and Eliza loved the same man. The two make peace with each other.

 

A call comes from South Carolina saying that Gus may be alive. Hetty and Felicity go down to find him and just when they are about to give up, they find him! Gus is blind, and doesn't want to go home, but Felicity and Hetty convince him too.

 

Jasper comes home from England and finds that some people in the town want to combine the town with Carmody while others want to leave it the way it is. Jasper helps to persuade the town to remain the way it is. Lightening stikes the cannery and it is destroyed. This is an unfortunate turn of events as it was the town's biggest employer. Jasper and Olivia help a girl at the cannery by caring for her baby girl.

 

Hetty, Felicity and Gus arrive back in Avonlea. Felicity tells Gus and Stuart about each other and Gus lets Felicity go. Felicity in turn breaks off her engagement to Stuart who leaves town. Gus does want to get married until he gets some of his eye sight back. Hetty gets mad at Olivia and Jasper for not rebuilding the cannery and wanting to return to England. She decides she doesn't want to go to Gus and Felicity's wedding. Sara returns from France for the ceremony but can't convince Hetty to come. Felicity leaves Gus at the altar to convince Hetty to come, she does. Felicity and Gus get married.
